About this formula
Vitamin E is the main fat-soluble antioxidant in the body. It sits in the membranes of your cells, where it helps protect them from oxidative stress caused by normal metabolism, sunlight and pollution.
Not all vitamin E is the same. Most low-cost supplements use dl-alpha tocopherol, a synthetic mix of eight forms, only one of which matches the vitamin E found in food. We use d-alpha tocopherol from natural sources, the single form the body recognizes and preferentially keeps in circulation.

How to take it
Take one softgel a day with a meal that contains some fat. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.
Cautions
Vitamin E can add to the effect of blood thinners such as warfarin or aspirin. If you take one, or have surgery scheduled, talk to your doctor before use. Contains soy.
