About this formula
EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found mainly in oily fish. They support heart health, and DHA is a major structural fat in the brain and in the retina of the eye. People who eat fish less than twice a week usually get very little of either.
Our oil comes from wild-caught Alaskan pollock. It is molecularly distilled to remove impurities, and every batch is tested by an independent lab for mercury, lead and other heavy metals, and for freshness, since oxidized oil is what causes a strong fishy taste.
Each two-softgel serving gives 1,500 mg of total omega-3s, of which 1,280 mg is EPA and DHA. Those are the numbers on the label, not a bigger figure for total fish oil.*

Before you take it
How to take it
Take two softgels a day with a meal. Taking them with food helps absorption and avoids aftertaste. Store in a cool, dry place, or in the refrigerator after opening.
