Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping costs

• Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.
• Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat $5.99.
• Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We pack orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking number.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and send your order again.

Returns

You can return unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For safety reasons, we cannot accept opened bottles unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

1. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the items back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has already shipped, you can return it following the steps above.
