Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

About our products

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. The information on this website is for general education and is not medical advice.

Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the suggested serving on the label, and keep all supplements out of reach of children.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices and availability

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Prices and products can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• We limit orders to 10 units of each product.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Use of our website

All text, images, labels and designs on this website belong to Synthetix Nutrition. You may not copy, resell or misuse them, or try to interfere with how the website works.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the website and products are provided as they are, without promises beyond those in these terms and on the product labels. Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable US federal law and the laws of the state where our business is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
